We keep as little as possible.

What we collect

• Nothing, if you only read. The dashboard, the news wire and Live Chat can all be read without an account. We run no analytics and no tracking.
• If you create an account: your email address, your chosen username, a password hash (never the password itself), and, if you use Google sign-in, the identifier Google gives us for your account. We also keep the IP address used at signup and the time of your last visit, to stop abuse.
• If you post in Live Chat: the messages you send, with your username and the time.
• Preferences such as your theme, chosen assets and settings are stored in your own browser, not on our server.

How we use it

To sign you in, to show your username in chat, to send the verification email, to send breaking-news alerts if you switch them on, and to enforce the chat rules. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it for marketing.

Google sign-in

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your email address and a unique account ID with us. We use them only to create or find your TradeMade account. We never receive your Google password and we request no other Google data.

Cookies

One cookie of ours, which keeps you signed in. It contains a random session token and nothing else. Delete it or sign out to end the session.

The Chart on TradingView button on each asset is a plain link: nothing from TradingView loads on TradeMade, and TradingView only sees you if you click it.

The affiliate card

If you are signed out, or you are not a Gold member, the dashboard shows one small card in its bottom-left corner, marked Affiliate link. Gold members see none. It is our own text or image around a plain link to a product we would point you to anyway, and if you sign up through it we may earn a commission.

There is no ad tracking on TradeMade: no ad network, no third-party script, no pixel, and nothing on our side records who sees the card or who clicks it. If you click it you go to the partner's own site, which may then set its own cookie so it can credit TradeMade with the referral. That cookie is the partner's, under its privacy policy, and it is only set after you click.

If you become a Gold member

Stripe sells TradeMade Gold as the merchant of record, on Stripe's own checkout and billing pages. Your card details, billing address and tax details go to Stripe, under Stripe's privacy policy, and never reach TradeMade. We keep only what we need to know your account is a Gold member: the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe gives us and the subscription's status (active, payment failed, cancelled). Stripe tells us those through a signed message from its servers.

Deleting your data

Email the owner at jasonboyleme@gmail.com from your account's address and your account and chat messages will be removed.
