Everything on TradeMade, including the risk meter, grades, explanations, news and chat, is information and opinion, not investment advice. Markets are risky. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results. TradeMade and its owner accept no liability for losses of any kind.
Data accuracy
Prices and headlines come from third-party sources. We work hard to keep them fast and correct, and we show the age of every number, but feeds can fail or lag. Do not rely on the site as your only source before placing a trade.
Accounts and chat
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- One account per person. Do not share your login.
- In Live Chat: no harassment, hate, spam, scams, invite links, or promotion of paid services. Moderators may hold, remove, mute or ban at their discretion.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape at high rates, or interfere with the service.
The service
The dashboard is provided free, as is, and may change or pause at any time. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, and they do not purchase any feature or guarantee.
TradeMade Gold
- What it is. An optional monthly membership: no affiliate card on the dashboard, the Gold Editor's Notes and the gold logo glow. Everything else on TradeMade stays free for everyone.
- Price. Members pay $10 a month, and Stripe adds sales tax or VAT where it is owed. The total, tax included, is shown on Stripe's checkout page before you pay.
- Who sells it. Stripe sells TradeMade Gold to you as the merchant of record. Stripe takes the payment, works out and collects any tax, and emails your receipts. Your card details go to Stripe and never to TradeMade.
- Renewal. It renews automatically every month, on the day of the month you subscribed, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings, Account, Manage membership. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Gold stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for, then ends.
- Refunds. There are no refunds for part of a month. See the refund policy for the cases where we do refund.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment does not go through, Gold pauses until it does. Updating your card under Manage membership switches it back on.
- Changes. If the price or what Gold includes ever changes, you will be told before your next renewal and can cancel before the change applies to you.
