Cancel any time. No partial months.

The short version

• Gold is $10 a month, and Stripe adds sales tax or VAT where it is owed. It renews monthly until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from Settings, Account, Manage membership. Cancelling stops the next renewal, so you are never charged again after it.
• No refunds for part of a month. When you cancel, Gold stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then it ends. You keep what you paid for; you are not refunded for the days left in it.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same month.
• You were charged after you had already cancelled.
• You were charged for a subscription you did not take out.

Any of those is refunded in full. Write to jasonboyleme@gmail.com from your account's email address with the date and amount of the charge.

Who handles the payment

Stripe sells TradeMade Gold as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, collects any tax and emails your receipts. Billing questions can also go to Stripe through the link on your receipt. A refund is paid back to the card you paid with, and banks usually take five to ten days to show it.

Your rights

Nothing on this page takes away a right to a refund or to cancel that the law where you live gives you.
